The staff were top-class. the hotel had a perfect location close to a night market. the breakfast had a good choice of food and drinks. the service was exceptional. the swimming pool was very clean too. My stay at Cool Residence Hotel in Phuket was fantastic from start to finish. the staff were top-class and the hotel's location near a night market was perfect. the breakfast offered a good variety of food and drinks. I was impressed by the exceptional service provided throughout my stay, and the swimming pool was kept very clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience.

The deluxe king room is modern and has a nice, separate living area. Free and fast internet is available. the location is perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk from a large medieval baptistery. It's in a peaceful area, which is another bonus.

Maybe a bit far from the center but you need a motorbike anyway so it's not an issue.

The place was perfectly clean. Everything was perfect. My room included an electronic key card, coffee/tea making equipment, and cable television. This bed was very comfy and I could sleep like home. the location was absolutely perfect and peaceful. There were a shopping mall and a night market around the hotel.
